1. To equip the saints to understand the FREEDOM that comes in Christ.
Jesus said he came to seek and to save that which was lost, and it is our desire to be the means by which God accomplishes this end. However, there are also many true believers who do not truly understand who they are in Christ and it is our heart for people to come to grips with their spiritual identity.
2. To equip the saints to be desperate to WORSHIP God in their everyday lives.
Jesus said to the woman at the Samaritan well, that the day is coming and is now here, when people will worship God in spirit and in truth. It is our desire for this to be experienced as people understand that worship encompasses the whole life and is not simple something we do on Sundays.
3. To equip the saints to think outside of themselves to MINISTER to others.
Jesus said that the second greatest commandment was to love you neighbor as yourself. In the Christian community this is done as believers begin to minister to one another and the lost, encouraging one another to love and good works.
